- An instructional fee may be charged for off-campus and special course offerings that are not delivered using eLearning technologies as the primary method, when established within a range approved by the Board of Curators. The Chancellor is delegated the authority to determine the applicability of such fees and to approve individual instructional fee rates consistent with the approved range for such fees.
- When the instructional fee is assessed, the standard tuition will not be assessed.
